Well guys, I completely forgot about this fabulous blog event! I always go to bed Monday night thinking “Okay, tomorrow I have to take pictures of everything I eat”. But this time, the thought never occurred to me again until Tuesday evening, right before dinner. So instead of cataloging a day of eats, I’m going to show you some random pictures of some meals I’ve eaten lately as well as some super delicious recipes I’ve concocted that will be posted in the next few weeks :) Hope you all don’t hate me too much by the end of this!
green smoothie. Actually an oatmeal raisin cookie green smoothie. Great for breakfast, snacks and dessert!

raw banana granola. This was my first big success with the dehydrator besides soaking and dehydrating nuts lol. Eaten here with berries, chopped plum and almond milk.
lots of veggies using this new preparation I discovered. It’s raw, but makes your veggies taste and feel like they’ve been blanched or lightly steamed! Broccoli is my favourite so far.
raw strawberry cream cake. Made it for my mom’s birthday! Completely kept within the rules for the first 2 weeks of my cleanse and tasted PHENOMENAL!
massaged kale salad again with an avocado and nutritional yeast dressing. Cheesy, creamy goodness.
sunflower seed date bites. Really simple, clean tasting snack.
This was actually my dinner last night: chipotle avocado sauce over kelp noodles. Having never tried kelp noodles before, I’d say this turned out really well.
Also eaten recently: raw baby carrot and bell peppers with cashew tomato dip, zucchini noodles with sauce, plums, pears and apples galore, romaine salads, raw buckwheat burgers, chia puddings, etc. Pretty awesome food lately :)
